Disposable e-mail address services

TipMonkies -- Disposable e-mail address services has a great list of sites that will allow you to create disposable (or multi-use) email accounts.

I personally have had succes with http://dodgeit.com.

I found that http://www.mailinator.com took too long for mail to show up (if it ever did!)

MP3 FM Audio Transmitter

I've been looking for a way to enjoy MP3 music in my car without spending lots of cash. This seems to be the perfect compromise:

This device transmits over FM while plugged into your cigarette lighter outlet. The songs are chosen from any attached USB drive! Which means if you happen to have different USB keychains w/ MP3's on them, you'll be quite happy.

I've found 2 places that carry them:

That'll Teach 'Em

I don't know if this will ever make to our side of "the pond," but the BBC has a show called That'll Teach 'Em where 30 16-year-olds are put through a re-creation of a 1950s state grammer boarding school.

These students were supposedly the cream of their crop...but the majority of them didn't succeed that well. They were not used to the exercise (being forced to do cross-country runs), the food "the tapioca pudding and its slimy oscillations", and the hyperenforcement of rules and regulations.

It almost seems like a perverted from of Survivor!

Keep up with yout TV shows without a TV

I like to watch TV. Some shows that I really like are 'The West Wing', 'Survivor', 'The Sopranos'. Sometimes I miss part of an episode, or am not sure if a re-run is one I've already seen. I stumbled upon this site, Television Without Pity, which does great recaps of most of the shows I watch regularly.
